I have lived here for two years, had no problems my first year. But the second year has been quite a change. I used to have semi friendly neighbors, families, young professionals. But within the last few months my safety has been jeopardized, ive been harrassed, hollered at by the new incoming tenants that are definitely ghetto class. These people blare little wayne till 4 am, I saw one young ghetto girl poop in the pool and no one did anything after a number of us tenants complained. There is contant cigar smoke in the hallways, and one day I awoke to an escort pounding on my door at 2am...she had the wrong room ...how quaint. If you want a nice apartment but the environment of the southside ghetto neighborhoods. Move in here. If you look at the website block by block for crime and compare it to the last year...the last few months it has gone up significantly including one stabbing at my exact address at the pavilion. SO renters beware, especially if you are living alone..be sure you carry pepperspray with you...as if that would help against these armed hoodlums that somehow decided to break free from the southside and invade a quiet family neighborhood with their antics.

Odd. You may have some bad neighbors, but I can't say I've ever felt unsafe at the Pavilion, even coming home late at night as I often do. For the record, by the tone of the way you wrote the review, you sound racist. Maybe you are or aren't, but if you aren't, you might want to re-read your writing.

So im racist because I expect people to act civilized and not crude? thats the problem with america these days, everyone wants to pull the race card. For the record I am a latina and I have black people in my family and they dont act like this. If you have lived on the southside you would understand the similarities and where this places is obviously headed. And as a woman I do not feel safe here, maybe you are a man, and that would be different for you walking in late at night as opposed to a young woman.

servbot is a part of the management. He's jumped in on a lot of reviews in the past with his two cents. Ignore him. I was done with this site, but if he's going to keep jumping in, than I may have to do the same again.

Seriously knight? I thought we sorted this out? I don't know the author, it would be absurd to say I know the author is racist. I'm just pointing out that is how the review reads. Better word choices could be used. btw, I am going to wait until the end of the year to write my review. I want to get through the whole lease process once in order to be fair, and I was waiting to see about the alleged heat in Sept/Oct, but it's been so damn cold out this year I can't really know :(
