Nobody Should Move In Here From: Laurette Date posted: 2/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I have lived in the building for over four years, and will be leaving at the end of this lease. During the time that I have lived here, absolutely everything has gotten worse. Building managers change too frequently (and go from bad to worse). There is zero regard for the tenants. The elevator breaks at least once a month and all too often for more than a week at a time. While they used to allow small dogs, I guess having too many vacancies has pushed them into allowing huge dogs, many of which are not kept on a leash by their owners. So, do not even consider moving here unless you enjoy trekking up and down slippery stairs in a dank and musty stairwell, enjoy stepping in dog waste and smelling it in the elevators, and have absolutely no respect for yourself as a consumer.
