I complained to the office that my door was left COMPLETELY unlocked. Their response was "imposible." Yes, possible!!!! I understand the need for decent safe and sanitary inspections, my complaint was that why were these not done during the capital budget inspections that they did of each apartment in mid October. During that inspection they did give us a 48 hour notice BUT a ONE WEEK window of when they will be inspecting, I believe the note said sometime between "October 11th and October 15th, please make plans accordingly." A ONE WEEK window a big "NO NO." They should have just said "sometime in 2004" Also my door was left unlocked at that inspection. Two inspections in three weeks what an idiotic duplication of efforts. Also the woman with the "dog", more like a HORSE. While they have relaxed the guidlines for weight they should have placed a limit, say 50 to 60 lbs for SAFETY reasons. This dog is too big to be in this building. Besides, it is cruel for a dog of that size to be kept in a studio apartment. What are people thinking!!!! My only happy thought with the building is that the AWFUL tenant on 1 by the parking garage is GONE. No more nightly peep shows! You would not believe how many people said it made the building look like a CHA project. If management removed her, hats off to them. If she left on her own accord, why did they let this OBVIOUS decent safe and sanitary violation go on for so long. They could have left her door unlocked, but there whould have been nothing to steal.
