I have lived in this apartment for a little over a year now. "Reside Living" has taken over the management of the building, from WRM, I believe. Since then, the living experience has been far better. The rude woman in the manage office, Terrie, was fired last year and the rest of the staff are much more polite and helpful. I did have bedbugs problems, though. But, I never notified the office about it and paid more than $500 to get it fixed. Reside living has renovated the gym downstairs and it has all new equipments now. The building has a concierge service now. They have been much better at dealing with stinking hallways lately. The location of the building is awesome. There is supposed to be a sauna in the locker room, but I have only seen it work 2/3 days over the last year I have been here. It has a nice little pool for small, occasional parties. But, I think I pay too much for parking. ($160 for a crappy covered lot).

Overall, I think I would recommend this to others, for a reasonably priced accommodation.
