We recently renewed our lease for two more years. We are especially happy since Charles E. Smith bought the property; they have made many wonderful changes.
My only criticism is the doormen, who never open the door, even if your hands are full. They don't greet you unless you greet them first.
The maintenance staff, however, are top notch. I have never seen such a responsive team. As for the office staff, we have had little contact with them, but have always been treated royally by them, particularly since Plaza 440 became a Smith building.
