Fair Housing' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I find it very interesting that the manager here negotiates lease renewals. I know several folks who complained about their increases and had them reduced when their lease was up. Is this fair' More importantly, is it legal' The manager here needs to learn that the folks in the building talk to each other.
