Great location, very good apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Had the oportunity of living here for more than 14 months. Lived in a 44th and my experience could not be better. View is great if you can get a high floor. Building is very well kept. No noises and ac/heater works really well. Management office is responsive and any problem I had was fixed quickly and effectively. Sure the doormans are awful, but for me there are many other things that make this building very desirable.
