Plaza 440

Management sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is a place in a nice location, and that is about it. Life inside Plaza 440 is good unless you need any help from the management or rental office. They would charge for any thing and wont even ALLOW to have a spare key for parking. The apartments are OK, expensive for the space. Built on cheap material. Service is really bad, if you are thinking about this place, all you are going to get is location.
