good location if you can put up with a horrifying management.

My partner and I have lived there since 1992 when the building first opened and continued to enjoy everything about it year after year, even after it was sold to archstone smith. All fell apart in 2005 when American Ivsco bought it and turned it into condos, employing a rude,nasty, vulgar and very unpleasant manager, who in turn have robbed tenants of so many amenities and put everything under camera and lock and key. An elegant building once now looks more like a transient hotel, and god forbid u go agaist the grain with management...they will fine you as a criminal...I wonder where the condo association is...3 years of living under the reign of rudeness was enough for us to leave as the many long term tenants have done.
