Needs clean up From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Very unfriendly managers not willing to assist us in questions about/if paint and carpet would be rep[laced/cleaned on 18th street. We left feeling like we were unwanted. We did not rent here.
