Can't believe high rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When renewing time came around they jacked up my rent to $105.00 more and told me this was standard. Which I Know is not true so I didn't renew my lease, PT IS money hunger.
