We had lived at PT for 3.5 years. The first 2 years were good, however, the past year and a half were horrible - PT management allowed too many students in the building. I felt like I was in a dorm. I have 'been there and done that' and have no interest in being around that mentality at this age.
The Tower Management is pathetic! I am shocked that such a reputable company as Habitat would have so many incompetent individuals on their payroll. There have been countless incidents where incorrect information was relayed to us by management. It was almost comical! We are in the process of disputing charges that have been presented to us to replace the carpet after we moved out. We were aware that the carpet was very dirty prior to us moving. I asked 2 different people in the leasing office if it was necessary to steam the carpet before we left, and they said "no - just a good vacuum cleaning would be sufficient". Now a month after we have left, they said that they had to replace the whole carpet and have charged us over $200 in addition to keeping our deposit. Very poor business conduct!
I am definitely going to escalate my complaints with this building. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND moving here.
