Leaks galore

So last week, it rained quite heavily one day. You'd think that an apartment complex that charges between $900 and $2,000 for apartments wouldn't need to set out buckets and plastic tarp to catch leaks in the windows. You'd think, but you'd be wrong. I was walking through the 3rd floor area and saw at least 3 or 4 leaks just in the short walk from one tower to the next. They just remodeled this place (the outside anyway) over the place year, and there are leaks! It's ridiculous. Things here just keep getting worse and worse. I also remember when I was in a studio in this building, I had a south facing apartment. Whenever it rained a lot, the windows leaked and I had to call maintenance a couple times to have the walls near the windows repainted. This place is not worth the money.
