avoid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the sales staff is pushy beyond belief. expect to get hassled about smallest things (like a doormat in front of your door) and have them all over you as soon as nine months into your lease in order to get you to recommit for another year. they do not like to do month-to-month and will hit you with a hefty $200 extra charge if you refuse to resign for a full new year. the gym is nicely equipped but closes too early and the pool is too shallow to really enjoy. the a/c is building-controlled and they will switch it on only rather late in the summer, causing the upper floors to heat up uncontrollably until then. I would urge you strongly to look around elsewhere. for the price you can do much better.
