lived here at Presidential Towers for 13 years. Never had a problem and would reccomend living here.

The staff and security is very freindly and do the best they can to make sure all is well. They frequently go out of their way to assist me.

It is the cleanest building I have ever lived in. All they do is clean here everyday the same areas. i see it for myself everyday. if there is a problem and you notify the management office or the service desk they address the problem immediately.

Nice place to live and i would reccomend it to anyone.

No one can live in PT for 13 years, unless they are imprisoned there. We got fade up in just 13 days..

I lived here for 7 years. It's not great but not bad either. For a high-rise building on the edge of the Loop, the rent is reasonable. It's been going up, but it is everywhere. The main reason I stay is that it's very convenient when working downtown, especially when you work long hours and do not have time to deal with a commute. The units are fairly basic but the building is well maintained. In the last few years many of the residents are foreign, primarily Asian (including Indian), and students. The students are usually under control so it's not too bad and it would be kind of boring if everyone was in the same demographic. I haven't had problems with the staff. I think it's probably true that they do not allow doormats outside the door, but they do vacuum and shampoo the halls frequently. One could always but a doormat inside the door.

13 years!? Wow...you must be a glutton for punishment. AND - if you think everything is just fine here...you're really missing out on living. I mean seriously...the staff is HORRIBLE! You, and I - human beings - deserve and can get much better than this. Yes - for equal or less money.

13 years . . . You are just a babe. I lived in PT for 20 years and the rent never did get high until it was time for me to move. Rent was going up after I left. PT is the best. It is a classy place for sophisticated people. Management and maintenance were really good at responding to calls. Not too many complaints at all. No regrets here! Got my money worth and more!!!
