Front Desk Screamed at Me!

Basically, I called up USPS to check the status of my package, and they said it was already delivered. So I went down to the front desk to ask if they can check to see if it's back there. The korean lady behind the counter didn't even check and just responded that there's no package. Frustrated at her inability to even try, because this happened before but with another lady who allowed me to go back and look (the package was back there), I asked her again to please look. Out of nowhere this korean lady starts spatting out "you think I can't do my job'" I said "no, I'm just asking you to look because this happened before." So this goes on for about a minute where she's yelling at me that I'm accusing her she can't do her job, then she says, "If you were my daughter I'd be so embarrassed!" WTF''' What service desk would say that when I just wanted a package my mom mailed to me'
Anyhow, if you want to live here, you pretty much run the risk of dealing with an unhelpful front desk that will yell, scream, and accuse you of things when you need their help.

You are right. I had the same problem. This Korean lady is NOT at all helpful when we expect important package from overseas. Very frustrrating and the mangement does not seem to care, even after complaining.

I live here, also. First of all, this front desk is not a member of the building staff. They are a separate business in the building. Also, we just received letters that this business will no longer be here at PT. So it seems that management does care enough to not renew the lease of a problem business. Should be interesting to see how the new business handles things!!

Me too have problems with them. Not with the lady but the elderly 'gentleman' who is ready to fight anytime even for small things.
Once I was in hurry for a package (my wife was waiting outside in car and she was under labor pain we were rushing for hospital). I requested this so called Korean geltleman to serve me little faster as I did not had time. (I also suggested that I can come later if he cannot find teh package fast enough)
He strated shouting at me and almost denied to serve me. Thankfully other lady came in between (probably his daughter) and she was able to understand my point and served me.
Similar incident happened to my Indian friend also, who requested to find his package. after inability to find the package and 'ability to fight'; this elderly 'gentleman' shouts that "all Indian seems look same to me.." WTF. Others can say all the chinese, Korean and Japanese look same to many people..
