Ever since Waterton has taken over, this place has gotten worse. The maintenance people come in each year to "change" the air filter. Each year, it never gets changed and is just as dirty. This is just a recent example of them being cheap. If you want to have food delivered or have a guest stay over, just watch out. It's a pain! Even to have my girlfriend to come over, they need id and record it! It's not good enough that I come down and escort her in but I have to wait in a long line so she can say she's with me and they check her id. What a waste of my time and invasion of my privacy!!

Yes, the first weekend when they came up with their asinine new security policy, I tried to escort my boyfriend into my apartment and the line extended down to the escalators. We waited five minutes and four people entered. There were no fewer than 53 people in line. It would have been a ONE HOUR wait. I hate these people.
