I was late 4 ytimes on me rent and was charged for that. I sometimes cant pay right away. I havent lived here very long but I like the people who live on my floor and I like that I can get my food right in the building & walk to the train when I need to get away. It's quiet on this side of town and I sometimes I like to go where theirs more stuff to.

Unfortunately, that happens when you are late on your rent; they will charge you a late fee.
