Management for this property is crazy, rude, and ridiculous. The new Waterton Management just try to keep service poor and keep all the fees rising.

Also they rent out some units to some universities as dorms, you will live college students.

Totally agree. As a current resident, I am very much pissed off for the same reasons!

I agree also, most of the non-students have moved out or plan to move soon.
