This place is a dump, I moved out a few weeks ago after being here 4 years. The receptionist in the management office is rude and confused, management lie about simple things, when I moved out they said I had to pay for the carpet to be replaced, but it was nothing wrong with it. Security is a joke and the police is always called because someone is doing something illegal or causing other problems. You would be better off living in the hood, if you want to see the police almost everyday. Don't move here, it is a dump.

I agree with lisa2008. I lived there 2 years (moved out recently)and thought it was fine up until the past 9 months. It really went downhill when Waterton took it over.

It is good until Waterton took over. We've been here for a couple of years and now I am eager to move out.

I have a question I hope you can help with. I'm staying here for just a month via a corporate setup, and I plan on having 2 guests stay with me for a couple nights. From what I read, I understand their photos will be taken and they need to sign in, but will they be essentially "allowed" to stay? This place sort of sounds like a prison. I'm really worried about all the bedbug stuff I'm reading too, because I'm staying in a furnished place.
