I had two guests with me tonight and took me 20 minutes to get them in!! When I had a guest permit for them!! Its all a bloody joke!

Agree. They've one of the worst customer service in this universe and they are the rudest people I have vere dealt with.

just fyi, that business center used to have a printer, and you didn't even have to bring your own paper. that was before the new management took over.

By the way, they are planning on renovating the lobby this summer and removing access to the shops from the apartments. So, to get to the grocery store you will have to go outside and around the corner just to come back into the same building.
