I lived at this apartment from 2004 to 2006 in their Corporate Suite. The staff back then was horrible. They would frequently mistreat your guests and lie to you.

One of my relatives recently moved-in and I recommended this place, assuming that the new management would have improved the staff behaviour there.

I was surprised to see that the behaviour of staff there has gone worse. It's the same security people I used to deal with in 2005 - 2006.

This building is at prime location and the management can do much better if it pays attention to it's personnel and train them on how to treat people respectfully. Or,replace the staff with few friendly and smiling faces.
