I decided to move out because of the ridiculous transfer fee. When I moving out yesterday, I reserve for the elevator from 8pm to 10pm. However, they closed the elevator before 9:50 while I still had a mattress to move. One of the stuff said they had policy to close the elevator at 9:30pm. Either he or the people who let me reserve the elevator till 10pm is lying! Then another stuff said we arrive at the elevator after 10pm cause he has been watch us for a long time. Huh...I was wondering if he loves me or how could he kept watching me rather than doing his job to guard the door!! I am sure we arrived before 10pm and they were telling another lie. I suggested to see the video (there is a camera above the cargo elevator). They said the policy was not allowed and force us to leave or he would call police. presidential tower' policy towel'

I agree Their services suck. When I go to the management office to reserve a elevator, one stuff said there is no one available today. But I saw nobody used that god damn elevator even till I finished my moving!!!! So many excuses for them!!!

No offense, but you can't even write English properly. How do we know that it wasn't a communication problem between you and the staff? This is a useless review, and I wish people who can't actually communicate properly in English would stop commenting on this place so that I could actually make a realistic assessment of the location.

I know it wasnt because of their rude attitudes. All people lived in PT can comment on this place, NOT people who can write proper English.
