Seems fine to me

I've been here almost a year and plan to renew my lease...I'm a graduate student and would rather have a sharp stick in the eye than pack and move again. I don't know if I've just been lucky or if review rules really apply: It's said that if you're happy with a service, you tell one person. If you're UNHAPPY with something, you tell EVERYONE.
If I could change anything, it would be that certain cooking odors frequently permeate the elevator in tower 3. The desk staff could be more pleasant, or at least acknowledge you with an "I'll be right with you" when they're busy, but the maintanance crew has always been very nice.
I love the view and access to public transportation.

well...thats the whole point...99% times unhappy ppl write reviews. But they are unhappy because of management.
Some of the desk staff members seem to be totally not wanting to work.
and the smell is there in other towers as well, the reason being a lot of Indian cooking with spices smell. sometimes the smell from other apartment enters my apartment, thats sick. I'm not going to extend my lease here.
Maintenance crew is really good at work and nice and decent to talk to.
One suggestion for Management/Clerical staff : Learn some behaviour and intergrity from your maintenance crew, they are really good.

Actually, the ideal review site would gather a range of opinions so one could weigh the positives and negatives, but we agree that unhappy people write reviews. I had another experience with the maintenance crew over the WEEKEND no less, and they were prompt and actually apologized for my inconvenience...which immediately diffused my annoyance with the problem. You're right, everybody could learn something from them.
