When you see for the first time it looks very good and you start liking the place, the problems start when you start getting guests.
They have to stand in the Q and register to enter in the building and every time they enter they will call the resident if you wont responsd they are stuck at the door they wont let them in. The management sucks. It is one of the old building in the downtown. There are lot more good places for the price we pay here.
This building has 50 floors. If your apartment is below 20 floors you will hear lot of noice from out side.
Please think twice before you sign lease here.
