The apartments are old but fairly well maintained. I found the management very friendly and helpful, though occassionally hard to track down. Everyone I dealt with took a genuine interest in me and my needs and was willing to stay late, etc. to address concerns.
I didn't have any trouble with the parking or the hot water. The walls aren't very thick, but there are some very nice people in the building.
However, it's probably not a good location for clean freaks, as something in the heating/air conditioning system seemed to leave a constant fine layer of gritty dirt on every apartment surface. I definitely struggled to keep things clean, and I'm a fairly good housekeeper.
