Last month the tenants here had a meeting too determine the next direction; a few non-residents in attendance were there, by one's own admission, to report to the managing company located in Philly.... about the large numbers that turned out to demand satisfaction. The residents signed a list to show to management along with a list of repair demands, that attended have since been subjugated to subliminal threats concerning signed contracts in question, and the new rule concerning their pets, that is, that if a resident has acquired two or more pets, that their lease may not be renewed; and that were made to residents to instill fear instead of any positive cooperation.... when exactly did the communist regime Policy take over Chicago' Obviously I slept through it!
Will the last American to leave the regal apartments please remember to take the flag!

I'm curious as to why you continue to bash this wonderful building, could it be because you are the person who assulted the property manager? Perhaps, you should find somthing more constructive to do with your time, such as taking anger management classes? You still live in this building yet you continue to bash it..move out already. Also, this tenants meeting was all your doing and from what I know when I came down you were the only lunatic causing a commotion, along with 3 others. Please do not listen to this review or any other from this person, I luv my loft, the neighborhood, its sad that you can't just admit your angry and are trying to lash out, its the Holidays, chill out..pick up the paper look at the for rent ads and move out, thats all folks!
