I'm a new resident of the regal and before I moved in I checked the apartment ratings website. I've been here for about 5 months now and I have never experience any of the issues that have been listed on this site. I'm so glad I didn't let the revengefulness of a few angry tenants stop me from getting a great find. The office staff has been really helpful. I'm new to the city and they helped me find alot of places in the area. I had an issue with the tank in my bathroom and the maintenance guy came and fixed the issue. I've lived in alot different places because of my job and believe me the buidling isn't as bad as other tenants have made it out to be.

I agree, I've only lived here for a few months and so far so ggod, maitenance guy sam is always quick to help and polite. The owners of the regal really seem to care about us the residents, they even fired the previous manager whom no one liked and replaced her with some one nicer and courteous, she always opens my door for me when she sees me and gives my doggie paws a treat. Overall I'm happy here, except for a few things like comcast being the sole provider and no wireless internet...maybe soon.
