Hate to see any negative comments about this place, because the lofts are truly a great deal. The bad comments are absurd - the Regal is very nice and reasonable. always responded to maintenance requests within 24 hrs. the building is well kept; the price is reasonable for what you get; the neighbourhood is relatively safe - it's mainly the super trendy lofts and condos, or super expensive restaurants and lounges/clubs - or some obscure warehouses; there is always parking along the streets should you choose not to pay for the CPS lots; the lofts are pretty unique - the tall ceilings are great - although the rest of the stuff in the lofts is pretty generic; the new manager is proving to be a great asset, previous mgmt was good too just not as responsive. They allow multiple pets here; the have a dry cleaning service next door and laundry is in our apts; they hold or deliver your packages for you. the only negative thing i have to say about this place is noise. if you are a sensitive sleeper - you probably won't be able to live here. it didn't bother me because i work a lot and when i sleep, i pretty much pass out. but I find I often here my neigbors shuffles or if they have guests I usually know-but all in all, if i didn't have to move to another city, i would have definitely renewed, but I'm moving soon. thanks Regal for a great afordable residence.
