My roommate and I have enjoyed living here and plan to renew our lease. Noise is pretty minimal (considering it is a high-rise in the middle of a city). We have had a few problems with incredibly loud and disrespectful neighbors, but when we talked to the front door man, he took care of it right away. We have beautiful views and great hardwood floors and the staff has always been courteous.
