Great for new Chicagoans From: amstette Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This apartment is a great place to call home. The management and 24 hour door staff is always willing to help and is very friendly. For those without a car..there is a CVS and ACE Hardware within walking distance. Grocery Stores can be an issue, but I have just started ordering from PEAPOD. It is a reasonable delivery grocery store. There are a few grocery stores within 4-5 blocks though. The buildings work out facility, court-yard, computer lab and convienence store are all very accomodating. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT PLACE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!!!!
