Nice to Have Neighbors Who Own From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Great Location! For the cost the units are a great size. The units are condos so they are individually owned so amenities and upgrades do vary by by unit. However having neighbors who own and have an interest in keeping the building nice are priceless. Neighbors are also very aware of the surroundings and watch out for unusual activy which can be good or bad depending on what you are doing=)24 hoiur doorman is also nice. Depending on which building you are in there may be a wait list for parking.
