Sandburg Village

I was lucky enough to purchase my apartment when the local realtors kept these building under-valued. The apartments are very well planned and laid out. The associations have gyms, 2 pools, tennis and many other amenities. Parking is SUCH A DEAL!!! Heated and valet for $110 per month in my building. If you can find a renovated place to rent, go for it. You can't beat the neighborhood!
