I moved here in January and was able to move into my apartment that very same day which was more than convenient considering I was crashing on my friend's couch! While some reviews here trash the place keep in mind these reviews are from 2007 and earlier. I've never had any problems, the rent is an incredible deal considering the gym and bike room. I was at a friend's studio which was a lot smaller than mine (since the kitchen at my place is another room entirely) and was shocked to find out she pays nearly $300 more in the same area! Another nice aspect of living here is the fact that the management office buys lunch every so often in appreciation of the tenants. The bus picks me up right in front of the building to downtown and everyone in this neighborhood is super friendly. Overall I highly recommend this place to live in!!!
