These reviews mix information about South Commons Apartments at 2845 S. Indiana managed by the Habitat Company and South Commons Condominiums (2901, 2921, 2941, 3001, 3021 and 3041 S. Michigan Ave). The website for the condo association is southcommonscondo.com
I've owned a unit in 2901 S Michigan since January 2004. The prior property manager was not very good, but the new management is excellent. In addition, the current condo board is involved and well organized.
The condo association does not allow owners who purchased their units after June 1, 2005 to rent out their property.
