Lets see, I don't know how anybody can say they don't like it here because I luv it here. I have lived here for 5 months and so far everybody has been so nice to me. The girls in the office are excellent workers and they always come up with cute ideas for the holidays and ways of saving the residents money off there rent. There is nothing bad about Southgate. :)

I just moved in Saturday and I agree im only paying 700 for rent in the one bed and they are huge and upgraded. i get my heat water and cooking gas paid for i agree i love it there im actually getting $350 off next month for my rent just for referring a friend here im so happy.
