Avoid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Leasing agent did not fully disclose the construction and renovations the building was undergoing. Constant work on public areas, and very little attention to individual apartments. Advertised originally as part of the Goldcoast! (Possible misprint in apartment search brochure). Heat has failed twice. Slow to fix. Parking is difficult. Hostile doorstaff. Terrible soundproofing and poor ventilation.
