When you are not at home the staff, office and maintenance feel they have a right to enter without any advance notice. The law clearly states they do not have a right of entry without 24hr notice. When confronted about this they just say sorry....
Also the fitness center in the building can not be entered from the interior of the building, you must go outside and walk along the side of the building to the back. Fear for your life if you try this, the drunks and druggies are scarry along with people asking for money. So if you can deal with this go ahead and move in.

No offense but if you can't handle "drunks" and "druggies" and "people asking for money", maybe you should move back to the suburbs where things a re clean, drug/ drunkie free and safe. The drama isn't convincing. Grow up.

Hmmm, JQA1313 posts a glowing, obviously fake review for this property, and then comments negatively on other people's threads with complaints :)
The original reviewer here didn't say she'd asked for maintenance work, and other complaints posted to this site have mentioned that your folks barge in unannounced to do viewings for prospective tenants...once she was woken up by this, which must have been scary. It's enough to scare me away; I was considering this place for my upcoming move, but the fact that management resorts to unethical postings on a public forum to try to repair their image is *much* more disturbing than the complaints listed here.
