Both the building manager and maintenance crew on separate occasions have attempted to unlock my apt without knocking for no reason other than they had the wrong apartment.
Very poor communication.
We had mold on the wall in our bathroom, and they painted over it. The mold is back, no surprise.
Awful plumbing, no water pressure.
Thin, thin walls.
They always send us the wrong form letters.
They will show your apartment without notifying you, if you are not home. I had to make a special request for them not to do this, that is, to follow the law!
We have to turn the light off in order to use the microwave, otherwise the power goes out.
After living here 10 months, one of the ladies at the desk still asks me if I live here. Other times she lets me walk by, even though apparently she doesn't recognize me.

Hmm...10th floor by chance? My bathroom vent blows mold, and they "fixed" the problem by putting a piece of wood over the vent. When the screws cracked the plaster, they caulked it and painted over it after my husband and I complained.
