This place has been a great building to live in. While I'm currently living in the "garden" unit, I'm thinking of moving upstairs to escape some of the winter cold. The basement units in this place get very cold, for obvious reasons, but that's really the only thing I can complain about. The company is great: responsive and professional. Neighborhood is one of the most comfortable i've seen in the city, and there is a lot to do. Also, the cost is right cheap for a chicago 1 bed!
