We lived in the Fisher building for a year, and the only reason we didn't renew our lease was because I was transferred to another city.
The building itself is gorgeous. The apartment is very modern....brand new appliances...nice hardwood floors....huge window...breakfast bar...overall a really modern place.
We never had a reason to call maintenace.
The office staff was professional and still friendly after we signed the lease.
Neither of us owned a car at the time of living here, so we didn't need parking.
Once inside your apartment you could never hear your neighbors.
Nice location if you are working downtown.
The only downside with the location is since it is the financial districy many places (restaurants) are closed the majority of the weekend. We knew this ahead of time, but be prepared to take the bus or el if you are going out for dinner.
Overall we both loved this place and would recommend it!!
