Honest Opinion From: enis101@aol.com Date posted: 12/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I think the building overflows with old-school character and the apartments are nice and new (with hardwood floors). The building isnt too big so Management has time, and the door people know your name (Lisa is awsome) I am moving to Detroit and I will miss living in this building. I would reccomend to anyone who wants to live downtown
