Love the building!

I have lived in the building for the past year, I have a 12th floor 1-bedroom and I absolutely love it.

I have a beautiful view of the lake and the city and the rent I am paying is very comparable to the other building in the neighborhood.
Water pressure is excellent, maintenance is fast and the office staff is courtious.
They take packages if you're not home and there is always a doorman on duty.
I am planning on staying for a long time, unless my job relocates me next year.
