I've been living in Burnham for around 8 months and have seen it through many changes. I am not very happy with the outcome and can't wait for my lease to be up.
The building just had a new management company come in because I heard the old one quit. The people who own the building don't care about the people living in here.
The apartments are nice, but they are a little over-priced for only a mediocre view. I looked at Amli 900 and it is nicer than that, but it still isn't the best.
The new people in the office are impatient and don't seem to know how to run a building.
I wish I would have gone more up North and got my money's worth instead of paying almost $2,000 for nothing too special.
And parking is too expensive and has VERY TINY spaces. Oh, and it's a public garage. Prepare for dings in your doors and homeless people living in the stairwells.
