We moved in about a month ago and just love the building. It very conveinent to activities (very close to the Lake trail for running and biking), Milenium Park is just across the street for concerts and the film festival. It's a short walk to the AMC theater and Fox & Obel.

The 16th floor exercise room is very nice. The view is great from the treadmill.

The building is quiet and the people have been very friendly. Currently we have a great view of the Lake, I realize that will change in a year or so, but we are enjoying it now.

It's close to work only a 20 minute walk and not that far from the Blue and Orange lines for days when you need to go to the airport.

We lived inside the loop previously and like this so much more. No complaints.
