Loud and over priced

While the Shoreham has nice views and great location (if you don't need to walk to the L daily), the walls are paper thin (despite what they tell you), the staff while nice give a lot of lip service to things, and prices go up astronomically without any notice e.g, parking structure and rent. During the winter holiday party, the leasing staff and door staff were heavily drinking and went to an after party in one of the apartments. I was very surprised by how intoxicated the staff were and how nonchalant they were when their co-workers came to the party and said keep the noise down we have complaints.
I would think long and hard before moving here. It is not all they say it is. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
