Leasing Agents and Management are IDIOTS

Want to have the most frustrating move-in experience of your life' Just as you think the frustration is about to end when you get into your apartment..guess again!! The frustration continues.
Stay away from Noel, a leasing agent.
He is so scatter-brained and unorganized it's ridiculous.
Sarah the senior leasing agent isn't much better.
And the property manager! Wow.
Make sure you hand deliver your rent payments otherwise they will say they never received them, *oh wait, right after you pay $30 to cancel your check, they FIND YOUR CHECK!* then the excuse next month when your check is missing and then a few days later they find it' "oh the mail was late."
Besides the staff, it was a very nice apartment.
Fitness center lacks equipment, outside pool is very small, elevators are very slow.
It was faster to walk 30 flights then to wait for the elevator.
If you dont have a car, I wouldnt suggest the area since you have to walk a mile to get to the nearest walgreens.
Go invest your money in a condo.
