Had a nice view . . . . .way to expensive

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

When I moved here in September, 2005, I didn't mind paying nearly $2600 a month for one of the top floor 2 bedroom apartments with an absolute
fantastic view of Lake Michigan, Oak Street beach, Navy Pier, etc.

However, that has all changed with the towering condos they are building.

Soon I will have a view of a living room of the new condo that was just finished.

The staff is great and Debbie Graf is very professional.

Walls are not sound proof and you will hear every bass note from your neighbors stereo.

For what they charge - they sure built this and the condos going up very CHEAP! and cut corners everywhere they could.

I feel sorry for the people purchasing the condos on how they are built compared to City Center, etc.

You can do a lot better renting or buying for this price!
