nowhere near as nice for the price

You literally can hear your upstairs neighbor flushing toilets...not a pleasant sound!

The amenities are nice, but the fact that we can't control our housing temps are burdensome.

If you are looking for peace and quiet inside your apartment, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
