After living in several different places, I found the Shoreham to be overpriced.
When I first moved in I did not have a problem paying over $1500 for a convertioble, but seeing how there is so much construction right next to me, I find myself tired from being woken up.
I have lost my view, but what really bugs me is the size of my apartment, it is just a small space for the price.
Lastly, I can hear my neghibor's every move.
Management has been great however in responding to all the issues at hand.
I have moved out recently and haven't looked back.

$1500 for a convertible sounds high, we moved into the neighborhood for $1399 into a one bedroom a few years ago. It is true that loss of views is an issue in the neighborhood.
